How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website by selecting your preferred jewelry, adding it to cart, and completing checkout. Once payment is confirmed, your order enters processing immediately. We do not require account creation, but having an account allows faster tracking and order history access.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours after purchase. After this window, items may already be in production or packaging. If urgent changes are needed, contact support@seamory.store immediately.
Why is my order pending?
Orders may remain pending due to payment verification, stock confirmation, or fraud prevention checks. This is a standard security process to ensure safe transactions.

How long is shipping time?
US: 7โ€“15 days
Europe: 8โ€“18 days
Asia: 5โ€“12 days
Other regions: up to 25 days depending on customs.
Why does shipping take time?
Each jewelry piece is individually inspected, polished, and carefully packaged. We prioritize quality over mass-speed production.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Seamory ships globally with tracking provided for all orders.
My package is delayed
Delays are usually due to customs inspection or local carrier backlog. Contact support for tracking assistance.

Are gemstones natural?
Yes. We use natural white crystal, jade, ruby, rose quartz, aquamarine, and freshwater pearls. Each stone has natural variations in texture and color.
Will my silver jewelry tarnish?
925 sterling silver naturally oxidizes over time. This is normal. You can clean it using a soft polishing cloth.
Are products handmade?
Yes. All pieces are assembled with artisan-level craftsmanship including polishing, stone setting, and structural finishing.
Do products look exactly like photos?
Slight variations may occur due to natural gemstones and lighting conditions. Each piece is unique.
